We make it our business to understand the needs of both landlords and tenants to make sure there is a perfect match between location, property and tenant. This helps to reduce 'churn' of tenants and keeps landlords safe in the knowledge that their income from letting a property will stay regular and as trouble-free as possible.

Radford Residential are members of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) and are also members of The Property Ombudsman Scheme (TPOS) giving you the comfort that we operate within the stringent guidelines that they set down for all of their qualifying members.
Tenant deposits are also protected through registration with the Deposit Protection Service (DPS).
